Polish of the Month Club
We now offer a Polish of the Month Club, which features the limited edition polish that is released every month. Please see complete details below.
- This club is available in 3 month, 6 month, and 12 month memberships.
- There is no additional shipping charge. The price of the membership includes the polish and shipping charges, which is a $2.95 savings compared to buying the individual polishes as they are released.
- Polish of the Month Club members are given priority when limited-edition colors are released. These monthly colors are usually released at the end of the previous month (for example, May's monthly polish would be released at the end of April.) Members will have their bottles shipped before the official release of the monthly color, to ensure that they are the first to receive them. For this reason, if you purchase membership before the 21st of the month, you will receive the very next polish that is released. However, if you purchase membership after the 21st, your first polish will be the one that is released at the end of the next month. (Please see chart below for more information.)
- In the event that there is a special release and more than one color is featured in a particular month, members will be contacted a week before the typical ship date so they can select which polish of the multiple color release they would prefer. If the special release is a non-polish item, such as lip balm, members will be contacted a week before the typical ship date and given the option to receive the special item instead of a polish or to skip that month and resume their membership with the next polish release. If a member choses to skip the month of a special release, it will not affect the number of polishes they receive. A 3, 6 or 12 month membership will receive 3, 6 or 12 bottles of polish, even if skipping a special month results in their membership duration being extended.
- Memberships will NOT auto-renew. If you wish to extend your membership, just purchase the duration you would like your membership extended and we will add the time to your current membership. If you have a membership and wish to purchase an additional one for a gift, please include a note in your order or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know so your purchase is treated as a different membership instead of being added to your current one.
- You will receive an email when each monthly polish ships. If you do not receive this email before the polish is released publicly, please contact us at email@example.com and we will forward another copy of this email to you. If you do not receive your polish within 10 days of receiving the shipment notification email, or if your bottle is damaged in transit, please contact us at the same email and we will reship your polish or replace it.
- If your address changes, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible, so we can make sure that your address is up to date before the next polish is released. Likewise, if you need your membership paused because you'll be on vacation or something similar, just let us know and we will make sure not to ship anything else until you will be able to accept the delivery. PLEASE NOTE: If we pause your membership, it will resume with the next release. Due to the limited edition nature of the releases, we won't be able to send colors that were released while your membership was inactive.
