We go to great pains to offer you the best polish we can make, and we will always go to great pains to make sure you are totally satisfied with your transaction. SUPER BLACK® has a very customer-friendly service policy, and if you ever have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact email@example.com and we will reply and make sure everything is sorted out within 24 hours of your email (but we usually will reply to you a lot sooner!)
SHIPPING: All SUPER BLACK® orders are packed and dropped off at the post office/UPS pickup location as soon as possible. Please allow up to 21 calendar days for delivery of USPS shipments, and 5-7 calendar days for UPS Ground shipments. If you need your package to arrive within a scheduled time frame, we STRONGLY recommend you use UPS, as they move packages faster and their tracking is more reliable.
If you ship your order via USPS, you must be aware that it may take 3 full weeks to arrive. We do not suggest you ship via USPS but are offering it as a cheaper alternative to those who wish to save on shipping costs, and understand that it may take longer than you expect.
If you have an issue with an order that has not arrived, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will ship a replacement of your order or issue you a gift card if your original shipment does not arrive.
QUALITY ASSURANCE: All SUPER BLACK® polishes are made in small batches with recipes that are precise to the tenth of a gram, so you are assured a uniform product from batch to batch. All polishes are tested extensively with an eye toward ease of application, durability, texture, and uniformity, and we are very very picky! Once we are happy with a color, further testing is done by individuals not in our employ to make sure the polish is attractive, easy to use, and stand up to everyday wear. If you have any issues with your polish at all, please contact us at email@example.com, and we will offer a replacement or refund.
SAFETY: Our lacquers are all 4-free, and all of our products are free of animal ingredients. Additionally, we use mineral pigments extensively, so you can be sure that our polishes will not stain your nails. If you take off your polish and there is any color residue, all you need to do is wash your hands and any residual pigment will wash right off. If you have any questions or concerns about the safety of our products, please write us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will answer any questions you have and arrange a refund if you find our products do not suit your needs.
BASE + TOP COAT/USAGE TIPS: Our goal in making polish is that anyone can open a bottle and apply it, with no tricks or special instruction. We often get requests from customers regarding suggested base/top coats, and our suggestion is to go with what you like best! Our polishes will play well with any base coat, and our only recommendation for top coat is that you try to use a top coat that is 3-, 4-, or 5-free. Using old-style top coats that contain formaldehyde, dibutyl phthalate, toluene, or formaldehyde resins with a 4-free polish can cause shrinkage. We typically use Sally Hansen Insta-Dri in the red bottles, because it is cheap and it effectively smooths out glitter, and also works well for solid polishes. You do not need to use a top coat at all with our holographic polishies. There is a much greater prismatic effect without a top coat, and the polish is very durable and long-lasting without.
